I have been here for almost 3 years and have found it to be quite peaceful and their staff always greet you with a smile. My issues have always been fixed with a timely manner. I have positive experiences while living here. Surroundings are clean, staff is courteous and Maintenace is prompt. I live on the southside and I appreciate how quiet it is. My neighbors keep to themselves and I see the ground workers care for the exterior of the complex daily.

I am new to Tramore Village so far so good. The neighbors are quiet on the South end of the complex and I love that. Due to Covid some of the amenities are restricted that is know fault to them. The ground keepers make sure to keep the facilities beautiful. This is a great place to live for those that want to do whatever they want and not have any repercussions. The only thing the office does is not renew their lease, which does nothing to allow those that are courteous and good tenants to live peacefully.
