Program are sure to make your stay memorable. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to family we were visiting. It is clean and comfortable, except for the heating/AC.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating and all service requests were fulfilled quickly. As others have said, there is limited parking on site but the valet service was great. They were prompt, never having to wait long.

I’d be uneasy staying again given the cleaning issues. The front desk staff at check out was nice enough to waive resort fees when I told her that it was so long to have the patio cleaned. Buy Ludacris tickets for an upcoming Music concert performance at Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater. Ludacris announced 2022 concert dates for Virginia Beach VA, part of the Ludacris Tour 2022. From the lobby to the breakfast area to the lobby to our room, it was just clean. It was so refreshing to see the hotel so cared for.
Had 8 night stay in 1 Bedroom suite with family of 5. Location is perfect, beachfront hotel on northern end of the boardwalk with many places to eat and shop within walking distance. The room itself was clean and spacious, newer decor and kitchen with full amenities.

Our room was spotless, I always take wipes to clean hotel rooms we stay in, I will admit this is the first hotel I did not find dirt. The breakfast was different everyday of the week, each day there were ate least three hot choices, fresh waffles, and tons of regular fare like cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt etc. I did not talk to the front desk much, but the staff at breakfast and our room attendant were very nice. We ordered pizza one night and sat in the expanded lobby area, fun. I read in some of the reviews prior to leaving that the hotel was older. Maybe, but I saw nothing that was not nice, clean and in perfect shape.

It took 3 calls with promises of sending someone up and 7 hrs before anyone came.

I love everything about this hotel except for the hidden charges that we paid upon checking out. But anyway, my family and I enjoyed our stay very much so it’s no big deal. The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences. Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance.
